DELKEM MICROSILICA (SILICA FUMES)

Silica Fume is an ultra fine powder and is light to dark grey in color. It has high strength & density in concrete and it also prevents bleeding and  Segregation in fresh concrete. It has low permeability and water tightness.

RATE OF ADDITION

DELKEM is recommended for use at an addition rate of 5 to 15 % by weight of cement depending on the application. The exact amount for strength or durability requirements should be determined on case to case basis by conducting trials for the specific projects.
